Day two started bright and early! We all had breakfast with our host families and then attended church at Bethany Baptist. It was beautiful to hear the hymns that we know in English sung in Romanian! Their choir is incredible! Such wonderful voices! After church we ate a quick pizza lunch and headed to the airport to pick up Andrew and Laura who were coming in from a wedding in Belgium. We brought the whole team to greet them! (Will post pictures later!) Then we spent the afternoon (2 hours) relaxing and spending time at our host houses. We went back to Bethany at 5 pm to practice our songs that we were to sing in front of the congregation for the evening service. We sang Everyday, Our God, Come Thou Fount and How Great is Our God! Bethany's choir sang with us on How Great is Our God and it was incredible to hear the Romanian and English together. It gave us all chills. After church we sorted our nine ministy bags, packed full of VBS stuff! We have so much to bring to the villages! After that, around 9:30 we were surprised with a cake that Gratziela got to celebrate Andrew's birthday and Mr. Don's 10th year of coming to Romania. It was decorated like Timisoara! Tasted great! Very yummy! Then we went home to our host families and the women staying at the Groza's ate dinner! (We had a backwards dinner tonight.)
